All for one – one for all

Dr Axel Frick, born in Hamburg in 1959, has been in charge of Business Management at Grossmann & Berger since 2005. He trained as a banker at M. M. Warburg & Co after completing his university studies in Hamburg, Innsbruck and Graz. His experience in the financial and property sectors was gained at Schickedanz Holding in Fürth, during his period as General Manager of the Büll + Dr. Liedtke Group in Hamburg and as a consultant specialising in organisational and restructuring matters both in Germany and abroad.
His credo is “Our approach is leadership in quality“.

Andreas Kunze, born 1962 in Frankfurt, is responsible for the residential segment of Grossmann & Berger as of 15th July 2009. Following his studies in business administration, Mr. Kunze was employed in leading positions in several well-known companies active in the real estate sector. In his last position he bore responsibility as managing director of BHW Immobilien GmbH for the business units distribution and marketing. The dictum of his work for Grossmann & Berger is "Customer satisfaction is the focus of all our activities".

Andreas Rehberg, born in Marl in 1967, joined Grossmann & Berger in 1996; before this date he completed training as a bank clerk and studied business administration. He has been the Managing Director of Commercial Leases since 2005. “If you have stopped improving, you are no longer even good” is his leitmotif and his requirement for the future of Grossmann & Berger.

Christoph Ringleben, who was born in 1951 in Stade, completed his MBA studies in Hamburg. After many years in a leading position in a major German bank, he moved to Grossmann & Berger in 1993 to continue his professional career as a real estate broker and manager of the Investment department. He took over the responsibilities of Managing Director of Project Development and Investment in 2005. ”Creativity, reliability and professionalism are timeless virtues. An all-round optimal result can only be achieved based on these” is how he summarises one of his firmly held beliefs.
