Appraisal of the property environment

Property appraisal
The value of a property is closely linked to its potential uses. We will survey a property and report on its structural condition, the surrounding buildings, and potential uses.
We will assemble all the important information concerning a plot of land. We will be happy to provide the relevant public documents (Land Register entries, zoning information, development plan and construction documents) for you.
Following detailed examination of the property and evaluation of all documentation, we will draw up a detailed file on your property. Using a wide range of parameters, such as cash flow, return expectations and construction costs, we will assess the market value of the property; at the same time we will also take its optimisation potential into consideration (change in use, construction of a new building, etc.).
Project development
Take advantage of our project development expertise. Whether you are interested in the development potential of a plot of land or optimal use of a building – we will draw up the appropriate proposal for you, together with our assessment of its profitability.
