The occupational health and safety firm B·A·D Gesundheitsvorsorge und Sicherheitstechnik is moving three of its existing offices in Hamburg to Nagelsweg 37-39, where 1,160 m² of office space has been rented.
As of the middle of the year the Uhlenhorst (Winterhude) health centre and the no. 1 district and regional management offices (Othmarschen) will relocate to the new site. The move creates a much more spacious and modern centre for this pan-European provider of services in the occupational health and safety sector.
The office block at Nagelsweg 37-39 was built close to the Mittelkanal canal in 1986 in the district of Hammerbrook, part of the City South sub-market, and is owned by ZIAG Immobilien. It is a two-part building, one section is six-storeys high and one has four-storeys. B·A·D Gesundheitsvorsorge und Sicherheitstechnik is taking most of the third floor in the six-storey section.
The tenants of this office space in Hamburg-Hammerbrook asked Colliers International (nation-wide, exclusive mandate) and Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), to act for them. BNP Paribas Real Estate (lead agent) advised the lessor.
