The mother-and-child store BabyOne is moving out of its premises on Brauhausstrasse but not out of the Eilbek district; the new location is Steindamm 3-7.
This family-managed retailer, whose head offices are in Münster, is soon to re-open its fourth store in Hamburg in the new location on the corner of Wandsbeker Chausee and Hammer Steindamm, where it will occupy 1,706 m² of retail space
The premises are in an office and commercial block owned by Hammer Steindamm Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft which is completely modernizing the property. The building is a short way down the road from the BID Wandsbek, whose main concern was to revamp Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and Schlossstrasse as far as Wandsbek Borough Council offices. It borders one of the busiest traffic intersections in Hamburg on the road linking the inner city with the districts in the north-east of Hamburg.
The property owners awarded Björn Matthiesen Immobilien the exclusive mandate to let this retail space in Hamburg-Eilbek; the tenant was advised by Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
