This fashion label, which already has stores on Sylt, and at the seaside resorts Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz, opened its first shop on the North Sea island of Föhr at the end of June.
Located in the island’s only town, Wyk, the shop premises at Sandwall 10 are on the main boulevard between the harbour and Olhörn lighthouse, overlooking the seafront promenade, the sandy beach and the North Sea.
Customers browsing through the roughly 80 m² of sales space will find bugatti’s full fashion range here. The store features a wide, two-part shop window and a white wooden porch in the Frisian style. The building and the shop are privately owned.
Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), assisted bugatti in its search for a suitable location on Föhr Island and brokered the rental agreement. Headquartered in Hamburg, the estate agent employs a team of expert property consultants, one of whom, Jan Stieghahn
, is a specialist for brokering retail space in Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Germany’s North Sea and Baltic coasts.
