CLINTON, a German fashion company, is expanding the network of shops selling its CAMP DAVID menswear label and its SOCCX brand of women’s clothing by opening a flagship store in Lüneburg. With assistance from Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), this owner-managed firm based in Hoppegarten near Berlin found the location for its first store in the Hanseatic City of Lüneburg, in the state of Lower Saxony.
The shop’s address is Grapengiesserstrasse 4, close to where the street joins Am Sande, Lüneburg’s central inner city road. Grapengiesserstrasse is one of the oldest streets in the city and is part of the pedestrian zone.
The retail premises consist of 1,050 m² of sales space on two floors (ground and first) and is one of the few larger properties in the central city. CLINTON will be offering the full range covered by its two labels, including a casual wear collection and the elegant off-the-peg range by CAMP DAVID.
The redbrick building with its brickwork gable is listed as one of Lüneburg’s architectural monuments and is owned by Graubner Projektentwicklung.
Grossmann & Berger first acted for CLINTON in 2016 when the brand was launched in the upmarket seaside resort Timmendorfer Strand. Since then the fashion company’s own store
has been located at Strandallee 96-98, where it retails CAMP DAVID and SOCCX apparel.
