Capgemini Deutschland, a consultancy firm, has decided to stay in its current location in Hamburg. The “Hamburger Welle” (‘Hamburg Wave’) office block stands at Lübecker Strasse 128 in the Hohenfelde district: Capgemini has now extended its lease to occupy around 1,675 m² of office space in the building. Savills Fund Managment, the owner of the Hamburger Welle, was represented by BNPPRE.
Grossmann & Berger, a member of
German Property Partners (GPP), advised the tenant under the terms of an exclusive consultancy agreement.
The “Hamburger Welle” takes its name from the building’s wave-shaped outlines; rising six stories high, it is topped by a penthouse storey and has its own underground garage.
