The online comparison site CHECK24 is transferring its Hamburg office to the “Alstercampus”. The company has rented some 1,910 m² of office space in this redevelopment in the St. Georg district; its new address is An der Alster 62-64.
CHECK24, registered office in Munich, is Germany’s biggest comparison site. It offers ordinary consumers free comparisons of tariffs for insurance, energy, financial services and telecoms products, and for travel and consumer goods. The company employs more than 800 people at ten offices in Germany.
The “Alstercampus” is owned and let by the Lower Saxony medical practitioners’ pension fund Ärzteversorgung Niedersachsen. The development was completed in December 2016 and comprises ten buildings offering some 19,200 m² of office space and 248 rental apartments. The site lies between An der Alster, Alstertwiete, Lange Reihe and Gurlittstrasse, on the banks of the Outer Alster Lake and in the immediate neighbourhood of two hotels, Le Méridien and the Atlantic.
CHECK24 is moving into offices in the nine-storey “Luv & Lee” building which has two separate entrances.
