The EuroEyes laser eye surgery centre in Hamburg is expanding and moving to new premises. The clinic for laser eye surgery is moving into some 1,640 m² of retail space in the “Berolina-Haus” at Valentinskamp 88-90, Hamburg-Neustadt.
Not only is the Group of laser eye surgery clinics moving its surgery centre from Dammorstrasse but is also locating its administrative offices at the new address. EuroEyes was founded in Hamburg and now has 15 branches throughout Germany plus others in Denmark and China.
The “Berolina-Haus”, an office block/commercial building owned by Prime GER Valentinskamp S.a.r.l., stands between the “Emporio” and Gänsemarkt. Some of the ceilings of this rental space located on two levels are as high as seven metres; another feature is the 40-metre window front. The property is managed by ATOS Asset Management.
Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), brokered the rental agreement for this retail space in Hamburg.
