A family from Hamburg has purchased the new build development at Wiesendamm 153 in the city’s Winterhude district for around €9m. Wiebe Immobilien Projekte is the builder/developer and vendor of the planned property that will have 25 dwellings. Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), and Robert C. Spies brokered the transaction.
The new apartment block is to be built on a plot of land measuring 770 m² set in the triangle formed by Wiesendamm, Borgweg and Barmbeker Strasse, located between the city park (Stadtpark) and Osterbek Canal. The building is to have four full-sized stories plus a penthouse floor; the façade will have a light-coloured render with dark grey window frames and balconies.
H.F. Wiebe is the general contractor in charge of building the property.
Tenants should be able to move into their new apartments in spring 2018; the 25 units range in size from two to four rooms, offering between 43 and 133 m² of space. The total living area in this new multi-family building will be some 1,840 m².
The old structures have already been demolished.
