In Hamburg, the Flick Gocke Schaumburg Partnership has now opened its fifth office in Germany. On 3rd August 2015 this partnership of lawyers, accountants and tax consultants specializing in business consultancy and tax matters moved into “Convent Parc”, an office block in the Neustadt district.
The property services provider Grossmann & Berger brokered the 1,500 m² of office space at Amelung Strasse 8-10, Hamburg, that the partnership, originally established in Bonn, has chosen.
The building is owned by the French OPCIMMO fund set up and managed by Amundi. L’Etoile Properties Services GmbH & Co. KG from Hamburg represents Amundi in Germany.
Flick Gocke Schaumburg employs some 450 people in Germany, 105 of whom are partners. The firm has its own offices in Bonn, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Hamburg, plus representatives in Vienna and Zürich. The firm has received several national and international awards for the consultancy work on which it concentrates, namely issues relating to taxation, succession/assets/foundations and corporate law/M&A.
