Following the launch in the Netherlands, the natural cosmetics brand
Weleda is introducing its Weleda City Spa concept in Germany. The firm chose Hamburg for its second German spa; the other one is in Stuttgart.
For assistance in the search for suitable premises, this manufacturer of holistic natural cosmetics and anthroposophic medicines turned to Grossmann & Berger, a member of
German Property Partners (GPP). Within the space of a few weeks the property services provider Grossmann & Berger identified and brokered some 230 m² of retail space at Blankeneser Bahnhofstrasse 5, the main shopping street in upmarket Blankenese district. The building is owned by the Lange Rode Foundation.
Weleda City Spas offer massages and facial treatments using the Company’s natural cosmetic products.
