An association of private investors has sold three properties in Hamburg to different private investors. One property is the “Mohlenhof”, a building with usable floor space of some 8,760 m² that houses offices and commercial enterprises.
At the beginning of July the UNESCO announced that the Hamburg “Kontorhausviertel” (counting house district), in which the commercial property is situated, and the historic warehouse district, “Speicherstadt”, had been named world heritage sites.
Two buildings with apartments and businesses in Hohenfelde (Eckhof Strasse) and Bramfeld (Bramfelder Drift) were also part of the portfolio. These buildings have usable floor space of some 1,950 m².
Grossmann & Berger was the exclusive agent for this transaction.
