A courier service looking to expand has purchased a commercial property in Seevetal offering some 1,568 m² of space. The company provides goods delivery and personal transport services in Germany and abroad. Searching for suitable premises near Hamburg, the company found what they wanted listed with Grossmann & Berger, a member of
German Property Partners (GPP). It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The property stands on some 4,480 m² of land. It consists of a hall and office complex built in 2004. The hall provides some 1,346 m² of space for the courier service’s fleet of vehicles. Offices occupy about 222 m². Set conveniently close to Maschen motorway interchange, the property is easy to access, which aids the efficient delivery of goods.
When he bought the property in 2018 the seller, a private investor, had likewise consulted Grossmann & Berger.
