The property services provider Grossmann & Berger, whose head office is in Hamburg, has gained a reinforcement for its investment sector - Nuri Toraman (41) joined the team on 15 January 2016.
Toraman has a degree in real estate economics (ADI) and is an MRICS; he started work in the real estate business in 2003, dealing with commercial property investments and the letting of commercial space.
Prior to that he was employed for more than four years by Becken, a project developer.
Including the managing director
Axel Steinbrinker, six property consultants form the Hamburg investment team of Grossmann & Berger. It is likewise planned to add to the Berlin investment team led by managing director
Holger Michaelis.
In 2015 Grossmann & Berger brokered commercial real estate transactions in Hamburg and Berlin valued at some €753m.
