The premium sportswear brand Odlo is moving out of its shop in the Europa-Passage mall in Hamburg. The company plans to move into a new store at Grosse Johannisstrasse 7. Offering some 117 m² of sales floor, the new premises feature a nine-metre long shop window and high ceiling (3.80 m).
Odlo was founded in 1946 in Oslo and relocated to Switzerland in 1986; it has stores around the world, nine of which are in Germany, where the firm also has four outlets.
This retail space is on the ground floor of a seven-storey new build topped with a roof terrace and located opposite the Town Hall in the Nikolaiquartier Business Improvement District (BID).
Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), brokered the rental agreement for this retail space in Hamburg.
