A private investor has acquired the residential and commercial building at Hamburger Strasse 33-35 in Kaltenkirchen. Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners
(GPP), assisted in the purchase transaction.
The property stands directly on the L320 main road and is some 350 metres from the centre of Kaltenkichen and the AKN train station, from where the trains depart for Hamburg. Built in 1988 on 7,700 m² of grounds, the property’s total leasable area is some 3,810 m².
