Three islands lie in the Alster River, strung out like a row of pearls. On the north eastern island the new build development “Braband 37
”, scheduled for completion at the end of 2019, will consist of five town houses. Grossmann & Berger is brokering the sale of four houses, one has already been sold.
Island flair on the Braband Canal
The town houses will be built in a continuous row, the living rooms are to face south-west. Built over the underground car park, the houses are two stories high; each has a penthouse floor with roof terraces at the front and rear of the building. The full size stories have façades of dark red brick, the penthouse level façades are faced with pre-greyed white fir. The five-room townhouses have plank parquet flooring with under-floor heating in the living areas, a chimney connection for a wood-burning stove in the living room, lockable window latches and electric blinds. Offering between 156 and 167 m² of living space, the houses are on sale for prices between €1,175,000 and €1,395,000. The four units still available to buy are between 166 and 167 m² in size and cost between €1,275,000 and €1,395,000.
Private gardens and communal gardens
The three middle houses will have secluded patios, the two houses at either end will have private gardens. It is planned to create a communal garden on the site and mount a solar heating system on the roof. A de-centralized air conditioning system with heat recovery will regulate ventilation inside the units. Houses numbered 2 to 5 have direct access to the underground car park and its eight parking spaces, which may be purchased for an additional €30,000 each.
