A new building project is about to take shape in the Farmsen district of Hamburg, at Neusurenland 158-160. Two multi-family homes are to be built on the site, creating a total of 16 new apartments; Grossmann & Berger have now started the process of selling the units.
This project in Hamburg’s north-east is close to the local recreation areas Berner Au, Kupferteich Lake, and the bathing lake Strandbad Farmsen with its sandy beach. Local shops supply daily needs and there are also sports facilities, primary and secondary schools nearby. Thanks to a good public transport service, Hamburg’s inner city is less than 25 minutes away. Nine units are located in the front house, seven more in the garden house.
Brick features prominently on the façades, so the buildings blend well with their surroundings. The living space varies between 46 and 105 m², and prices range from 159,000 to 348,000 €. Each apartment has a balcony or (roof) terrace and its own store room in the cellar of the building. The front house also has an elevator. The apartments are fitted with parquet flooring and most of the windows reach down to the floor. The buildings share an underground garage with 15 car-parking spaces. These may be purchased for 19,500 € each.
The “Neusurenland 158” project is scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2015.
