Apartments at “Possmoorweg 38”
will offer their buyers a new home set between the Outer Alster Lake and Hamburg Stadtpark. 20 new apartments are being built in the district of Winterhude, in the immediate vicinity of the Goldbek Canal. Grossmann & Berger and Engel & Völkers are brokering the units.
Modern and spacious
This five-story new build is being constructed on a 1,500 m² site in Winterhude district. The “Possmoorweg 38” development will be equipped with modern technical fittings such as a photovoltaic array on the roof, elevator and keyless mailbox and package depot systems on the ground floor. Access to the apartments is likewise keyless. The building will be fitted with smart home technology, energy efficient windows and a pre-installation for charging electric cars in the underground garage. Light-coloured bricks, areas of dark render and white, horizontal bands marking each separate floor characterize the façade, emphasizing its modern look. Ten apartments have two rooms and ten have four, allowing the property to meet the needs of various groups, including families with children. A spacious open-plan living and dining area forms the centre of each apartment. Each unit is finished with oak parquet flooring, under-floor heating and one or more balconies or patios. Prices for the apartments, sized between 54 m² and 127 m², range between €485,000 and €1.195,000. Of the units still available for purchase, the largest has some 117 m² of living space.
The new build development lies in the central district of Winterhude, in the immediate vicinity of Goldbekplatz and the Goldbekufer street market. It is also close to Mühlenkamp, the district’s main street, with its numerous cafés and shops. Buyers may purchase one of the 13 underground parking spaces for €39,000, thereby gaining a convenient parking spot in this urban setting. Access is via a parking lift.
