Grossmann & Berger has started the process of selling apartments in the new build development named “Euer Moment” (your moment). 105 apartments for private buyers are being built on lot 3 in the “Tarpenbeker Ufer” housing district in the south of Gross Borstel. Other new builds in this residential district, located on land formerly occupied by Lokstedt rail freight terminal, include developments called “Unser Herzstück”, “Dein Lieblingsplatz” and “Mein Freiraum”, which are likewise being brokered by Grossmann & Berger. “Euer Moment” is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021. The entire site is being developed by Otto Wulff Projekt Gross Borstel GmbH.
New homes for families, couples and singles
The houses are three or four stories high plus penthouse floor and will contain apartments ranging from studio to five rooms. “The new build’s larger units make especially good family homes. A large green area directly on the doorstep offers space where children can play undisturbed and there is even a child care facility on the site,” says Garlef Kaché, head of the new build sector at Grossmann & Berger. “And for singles and couples, the smaller units are also an interesting option thanks to their modern layout and relatively central location on the edge of Eppendorf,” adds Kaché. The apartments on sale range between 38 and 124 m² in size and cost between €225,000 and €825,000. A total of 107 spaces will be available in the underground garage; each costs €24,000.
Eppendorf and Niendorf on the doorstep
Although the residential district “Tarpenbeker Ufer” is set in quiet surroundings between Eppendorf and Niendorf, it is not isolated. A new foot and cycle bridge across the Tarpenbek gives rapid access to the centre of Gross Borstel, where the new residents will find numerous shopping opportunities. Winterhude is also close by, an inviting place to stroll around or go to a restaurant.
Modern, contemporary living
The apartments are light and modern in design. They feature open plan living and dining areas, most windows are floor to ceiling, there is parquet flooring and underfloor heating, disabled accessible lifts connect the underground garage with each floor and doors are equipped with colour video intercom systems. Each apartment has either a small garden, a balcony, or a roof terrace.
