In the immediate neighbourhood of Hagenbecks Zoo in the Stellingen district of Hamburg a new development called “Vis-à-vis Hagenbecks Tierpark” is scheduled to provide 39 dwellings when completed in the summer of 2016. The new-build on Koppelstrasse rises up five floors plus a penthouse story; it has an underground garage and two entrance halls with stairways and lift. The façade has been designed with light-coloured render and beige stone cladding.

The rent for one of the 40 spaces in the underground car park varies between €80 and €110.
