RWE Innogy has committed to take new offices in the “Ü8” project in Hamburg’s City North district. RWE Service has rented some 3,800 m² of office space at Überseering 8 on behalf of Innogy, an RWE subsidiary company.
Innogy concentrates all RWE activities in the field of renewable energy and will move into its new offices as soon as the building is completed. It is planned to leave Überseering 40 for the “Ü8” building in summer 2016.
A few days ago HANSAINVEST, the investment company behind the project, celebrated the topping out ceremony.
Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners (GPP
), was appointed broker.
Architects GRS Reimer designed this free-standing, seven-storey office block which will provide 20,000 m² of leasable space.
It is planned to obtain either the (German) DGNB or the (US) LEED certificate in silver for environmental design and sustainability.
