In Hamburg the German chef Thomas Macyszyn, who holds a Guide Michelin star, is opening his own restaurant for the first time.
Macyszyn, the former kitchen director of Columbia Hotel Restaurants Travemünde and Rüsselsheim, was voted chef of the year 2015 by the gourmet guide “Gusto”: he will be serving superior fish cuisine in his new restaurant occupying 460 m² at Isekai 1 in the Eppendorf district of Hamburg.
The restaurant is sited on the edge of the Isebek Canal and its 100 m² of patio space provides room for a large amount of outdoor seating. The property is privately owned.
Grossmann & Berger, a founding member of
German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the restaurant space in Hamburg.
