Thomas Brinktriene (53) joined the new build team at Grossmann & Berger in Berlin
in mid August as head of department. He reports to managing director Holger Michaelis. Prior to his appointment Brinktriene, who studied business management, worked in a variety of capacities for firms including Groth Gruppe. One position at the latter firm was that of head of sales and marketing. Most recently he was general manager of allod Immobilien- und Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft responsible for the sale and marketing of new build developments and pre built real estate. “Thomas Brinktriene has a great deal of experience in the industry and we are pleased to have him on board to expand our successful business in Berlin’s new build sector,” says Holger Michaelis
, managing director of Grossmann & Berger.
Thomas Brinktriene takes over the position of Hendrik Treff, who has resigned from his job. Treff began his real estate management training in 2007 with Grossmann & Berger and has worked for the Berlin office since 2012, rising to the position of head of the new build sector. “Mr Treff established the new build sector of Grossmann & Berger in Berlin and has been instrumental in its development over recent years. We thank him for his good work and wish him all the best for the next stage of his career,” says Michaelis.
Comprehensive advisory service for builders and developers
Including Mr Brinktriene, Grossmann & Berger’s new build team in Berlin now consists of eight people. The specialized brokers take care of all issues facing their developer clients and those commissioning a new building. Consultancy services offered by the team include an assessment of the location and the options for floor plans and pricing. In addition, the brokers will take care of branding for the development, including all PR and publicity; they also manage all communications with potential customers both during and after the process of brokering a property. Over the marketing period the brokers submit regular reports to their contracted clients. The team has currently started the process of letting 102 apartments in the “Prager Karree
” building. The “Prager Karree” development
is one of three building projects in Berlin's Europacity district. Another new addition to the marketing portfolio is the “Schreibfederhöfe
” development, offering 104 apartments for private ownership in the vibrant Friedrichshain district of Berlin. Axthelm Rolvien, an architects’ office in Potsdam, collaborated on this project.
