Grossmann & Berger has started the process of brokering the 18 residential units in the new-build development “Elbside” at Breite Strasse 112-116 in Hamburg-Altona.
This new development is located between Palmaille and St. Pauli fish market overlooking the Elbe River. The corner building is to be built around a courtyard and will have five full-size storeys and one penthouse floor. The façade overlooking the street will be clad in red facing brickwork, the façade at the rear in light-coloured render. Two elevators serve the basement, ground-floor garage and each upper storey. On the ground floor there is also some 131 m² of commercial space.
Apartments range in size between two and three and a half rooms and vary from 58 to 213 m² of living space. They are designed with open-plan living and dining areas, balconies and (roof) terraces and are offered at prices between about €259,000 and €1,490,000.
One of the 15 parking spots in the garage can be bought for €29,500 or €32,000 extra.
The houses at number 112 and 114 have already been demolished. Planned completion of the new apartment building in Hamburg is spring 2018.
