An asset management firm has acquired the complex of halls and offices at Oehleckerring 6b in Hamburg-Langehorn. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The building’s previous owner was FBG Flughafen Büro und Gewerbe.
The commercial property stands north-east of Hamburg Airport, Fuhlsbüttel, between the Langenhorner Chaussee and Langenhorn Nord underground station.
Set on 3,435 m² of land, the complex of halls and offices was built in 1975 and has a rentable area of 3,081 m². Halls and workshops occupy some 1,641 m² of the space, offices take up 1,000 m² and archives 440 m².
There are eight tenants in this fully-let commercial property. The main tenant of the complex is Nordex Energy.
