(GPP), has brokered the sale of an apartment block costing €2.2m and offering some 746 m² of rentable space in Potsdam-Babelsberg. The property sold for 24 times its annual net rent excluding service charges. Built in 1997, the fully let property contains 13 apartments on four stories plus an attic. Each apartment has its own car parking space in the basement. This trade was effected between private investors.

The apartment block is located in a residential district of Babelsberg South. It is only a short way from here to the centre of Potsdam. And, starting from the nearby “Potsdam-Babelsberg” station the national capital, Berlin, is less than half an hour’s train journey away.
