A private investor from Hamburg paid a private owner a multiple of 29 times the annual net rent for the commercial and apartment property. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the price paid.
The building was erected in 1912 and stands near the Christuskirche underground station. It has four apartments and two commercial units. Its rentable area totals 719 m² and is divided between 238 m² of residential space and 481 m² of commercial floor area.
