Kamux, a Finnish chain of used-car dealers, has signed a rental agreement for a site offering 9,300 m² of space, including a showroom and hall measuring 4,500 m², at Nedderfeld 29 in the Lokstedt district of Hamburg.
The used-car dealer plans to open his second site in Germany in early 2017. In 2015 the company from Finland opened its first German branch in Elmshorn. Kamux is part of the Kamux Group, which was founded in 2003 in Finland where it now has 34 outlets; it also has nine branches in Sweden and soon there will be two in Germany.
The land belongs to a Hamburg family.
Nedderfeld Road is also known as “Hamburg’s car mile” because a large number of car dealers and automobile service providers are located here.
Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered this rental agreement.
