Grossmann & Berger Hosted this Year’s Hamburg Investment Talk at Miniature Wonderland

“Every Detail Counts Whatever the Transaction”“Every Detail Counts Whatever the Transaction”
Managing director Christoph Ringleben and his investment team sent out invitations to a revival of their “Investment Talks” held last Thursday evening. From 6.30 p.m. around 250 people representing the property industry gathered at the Miniature Wonderland model railway in the historic warehouse district “Speicherstadt”. The venue reflected the motto of the evening: “Discover what’s great about little things”. On their exclusive tour around the exhibition, guests and hosts discovered miniature versions of some of the sights of Hamburg and embarked on a tour of international discovery.

Nationwide Investment Skills
Afterwards host Christoph Ringleben gave a presentation about German Property Partners (GPP) - a nationwide network of commercial property agents founded last September. During the flying buffet the guests took the opportunity to become better acquainted with managing directors in charge of investments at two GPP Partner firms - Björn Holzwarth from Ellwanger & Geiger in Stuttgart and Jens Reich and Marius Varro from ANTEON in Düsseldorf. One highlight of the evening was the prize draw for a day in Leipzig to be spent test-driving a Porsche, with an overnight stay at the Steigenberger hotel. The prize was donated by Andreas Tetzloff, general manager and head of the Porsche branch in Hamburg. The prize was won by a delighted Matthias Tscheu from FREO Financial & Real Estate Operations GmbH.
