Hamburg | 15.06.2015
As of 1st June this year formart GmbH & Co. KG, one of Germany’s leading residential property developers, relocated its North German branch to the “Pacific House” at Holzdamm 28-32. This office building, where formart rented 750 m² of space, is located between the main station and the Outer Alster Lake in the St. Georg district of Hamburg; the move also serves to merge two branch offices previously located in Hannover and Hamburg.
Completed in 1997 and planned by the architects BRT Architekten, this building won the Building of the Year Award 1996 in a competition organized by the AIV Association of Architects and Engineers, Hamburg, and is currently owned by BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management Germany GmbH.
The international property services provider BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPRE) acted as consultant to the owner. Property services provider Grossmann & Berger, Hamburg, brokered the lease.
