Grossmann & Berger have now started the process of selling 31 apartments in the “Simrockstrasse 182” project located in the Iserbrook district, which is one of the ‘Elbe Suburbs’.
The project is being developed in a residential street dominated by single-family houses with gardens, and is located to the south-west of Osdorfer Landstrasse on the way to Blankenese and the Elbe River. The site at Simrockstrasse 182-184 is being redeveloped with 31 apartments for private ownership built to KfW 70 energy efficiency standards (EnEV 2009). The five-storey building will be completed with facing brickwork and have three entrances plus a pitched roof. The new building features balconies and (roof) terraces overlooking the green surroundings; it has several lifts and underground parking for 29 cars.
The apartments have two to four and a half rooms, with large windows and an open plan living and dining area, and range in size from 64 to 157 m². They are on sale for between 235,000 and 594,000 euros. An underground car parking space less than 3 metres wide costs an additional 19,800 €, or 24,500 € for a space over 3 metres wide.
Demolition work has already started on the old building. Completion is scheduled for early 2016. Further information is available on our website
